What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 signs — a single board is a normal order for one shop — with bulk tiers for multi-site retail.
How fast will my signs arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished signs ship in about 2 weeks. Replacement posters for a frame you already own are faster, usually within a week.
Which type should I choose?
A folded A-frame for a sheltered pavement. A water-base spring sign anywhere exposed. A chalkboard where the message changes daily. A snap frame where it changes weekly. Heavy-gauge steel where boards keep getting destroyed.
Do I need council permission?
On a public footway, usually yes — most councils licence pavement signs and cap the area you may occupy. Check before ordering, because the licence often dictates the size, and the fine costs more than the sign.
Will it blow over?
A folded A-frame will, in real wind. That is what the water-base spring design exists for: it rocks and rights itself rather than falling. On exposed frontages it is the only sensible choice.
How do I change the poster?
Snap frames flip open on four hinged edges and take a new poster in about thirty seconds without tools. Slide-in frames need clearance above or beside the sign, which doorways rarely have.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team rebuilds it at panel scale — pavement signs are read at walking pace from a few metres, so most artwork gets simplified and enlarged.
Can you print for a frame I already own?
Yes. Send the visible panel size and the overall panel size, which are not the same measurement, and we will cut to the second one.
